The Institute of Engineering, Technical, and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan hosted an international scientific and practical online conference, "The Role of Turkmenistan's Sustainable Transport Policy in Strengthening International Transport and Logistics Cooperation," according to "Turkmenistan: Golden Age."
The conference was timed to coincide with the International Year of Peace and Trust, the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, and World Sustainable Transport Day.
Representatives of local and international industry enterprises and companies, educational and scientific institutions, and UNDP Turkmenistan participated in the forum.
The forum at the Turkmen university brought together participants from China, Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Germany, Türkiye, and the Netherlands.
The conference sections were devoted to such topics as: “Turkmenistan’s Neutrality Policy and Transport Diplomacy,” “Scientific Foundations for the Development of Turkmenistan’s Transport System,” and “Interaction of Science, Education, and Production in Turkmenistan’s Transport Sector.”
Participants were presented with an exhibition dedicated to the country's achievements in the transport sector, as well as the research, teaching, and educational work of the Institute of Engineering, Technical, and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan.
