National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, held a meeting with the Advisor to the Prince of Monaco, President and Founder of the “Peace and Sport” organization, Joël Bouzou, reports TDH.

During the conversation, Joël Bouzou conveyed greetings from Prince Albert II of Monaco and Princess Stéphanie, noting the Principality’s high regard for Turkmenistan’s peace-oriented foreign policy, based on its status of permanent neutrality.

Particular attention was given to the successful performance of the “Galkynysh” National Equestrian Games Group at the 47th International Circus Festival in Monte Carlo held in January of this year.

Both sides emphasized the importance of further strengthening bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and the Principality of Monaco on the basis of equality and mutual respect, and confirmed their intention to expand cooperation in the political, trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian, and sports spheres.
