President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution authorizing the relevant state enterprise of the Türkmenenergogurluşyk concern of the Ministry of Energy to conclude a contract with Röwşen IE for the major repairs of the buildings and structures of the capital’s cable car, as well as adjacent territories. This was reported by TDH.

The document prescribes that work should begin in January 2025 and that the facility be fully operational in June 2026.

The repair work will be carried out “in order to significantly enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of Ashgabat, as well as to create favorable conditions for the cultural leisure of residents and guests of the capital.”
