The grand opening of the International Exhibition 'Turkmentel-2024,' dedicated to the development of telecommunications, telemetry, information technologies, and broadcasting equipment, was held at the expocenter of the Ashgabat Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

More than 200 representatives from over 30 countries and Turkmenistan participated in the opening ceremony. Forum participants listened to the congratulatory address from the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

The event was organized by the 'Turkmenaragatnaşyk' agency and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. Within the framework of the exhibition, an International Scientific Conference will be held, including sessions on digital transformation, innovations in digital technologies and cybersecurity, the development of network technologies, satellite communications, and the creation of inclusive digital societies.

There will also be a seminar by the Universal Postal Union and an award ceremony for the winners of the 'Digital Solution-2024' innovative projects competition.
