The cotton growers of the Balkan Velayat fulfilled their contractual obligations for the harvesting of raw cotton ahead of schedule, collecting more than 16 thousand tons of products, TDH reports.

According to the agency, the success was achieved thanks to the large-scale modernization of the agro-industrial complex and the introduction of modern technologies into agricultural production.

The achieved indicators demonstrate the effectiveness of the state policy on the development of the agricultural sector and improvement of working conditions for farmers in the western region of the country.
