A solemn ceremony was held in Turkmenistan to award military personnel and law enforcement officers in connection with the 33rd anniversary of the country's independence. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed decrees on the awarding of state honors, the conferment of new military and special ranks, as well as class ranks, reports TDH.

In his address to the people on the occasion of Independence Day, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the successful implementation of programs to improve the living standards of citizens and develop the national economy.
