The President of Turkmenistan has made personnel changes in the judicial system

The President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Serdar Berdimuhamedov, has made personnel decisions in the judicial system by signing a decree on the appointment and dismissal of judges and the assignment of qualification classes.

According to TDH, in accordance with Articles 54, 72, and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Court," the head of state has decreed:

1. To appoint Ovezmyrat Sapargeldiyevich Byashimov as Deputy Chairman of the Balkan Velayat Court;

2. To appoint Atajan Akmyradovich Roziyev as Judge of the Kaka District Court of Ahal Velayat, relieving him of his duties as Judge for Administrative and Executive Proceedings of the Kopetdag District Court of Ashgabat;

3. To appoint Yazjemal Sultanmuratovna Suhanberdiyeva as Judge of the Akdepe District Court of Dashoguz Velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class;

4. To appoint Ezizmyrat Akmyradovich Annayev as Judge for Administrative and Executive Proceedings of the Bagtiyarlyk District Court of Ashgabat and assign him the 5th qualification class;

5. To appoint Bayramgeldi Charyberdiyevich Rahymov as Judge for Administrative and Executive Proceedings of the Kerki District Court of Lebap Velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class.
