President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing Begench Tayyrov to the post of hakim of the Serakhs etrap of the Ahal velayat, releasing him from the post of deputy hakim, TDH reports.

At the post of hakim of the Sarahs etrap of the Ahal velayat, B. Tayyrov replaced Gurbanmyrat Yazgulyev, who was relieved of his post “as he failed to cope with his assigned duties.”
