The Russian diplomat highly appreciated the living conditions in Turkmenistan. – Housing conditions are good, the supply of food and industrial goods is at the highest level, – he stressed. Volynkin particularly noted the high level of security in the country: – You can walk around Ashgabat quite calmly at any time of the day.

Speaking about Turkmenistan's foreign policy, the Ambassador stressed the importance of the country's permanent neutrality status, supported by the international community. At the same time, Turkmenistan is actively developing relations with Russia and other countries. The Ambassador noted the multinational nature of Turkmenistan, mentioning the presence of large Russian, Armenian and Azerbaijani diasporas. – All diasporas live in peace. The language of interethnic communication here is Russian," he stressed.

Volynkin spoke with admiration about the development of the country's infrastructure. He paid special attention to Ashgabat, describing it as a "wonderful white marble city" with unique architecture. The Ambassador also spoke about the new "smart city" Arkadag, built using advanced technologies.
