On July 19, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the digital system, at which a number of issues of the country's vital activity were considered.

The first speaker was the Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, D.Gulmanova, who informed about the ongoing legislative activities.

In particular, it was reported on the results of the sixth meeting of the National Parliament of the seventh convocation held on July 13 this year, at which legal acts were adopted on amendments and additions to the Budget, Sanitary Codes, the Code on Social Protection of the Population, Laws on Physical Education and Sports, state scientific and technical policy, scientific institutions, and the fight against doping in sports, seed production. At the same time, issues related to the ratification of international conventions and agreements, legislative support for foreign policy initiatives on our country's accession to them were discussed. The Report of the Ombudsman of Turkmenistan was also heard at the meeting.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers H.Geldimyradov reported on the practical steps being taken in order to fulfill the instruction of the President of Turkmenistan on streamlining fees for actions related to the state registration of integrated circuit topologies.

Deputy Prime Minister B.Amanov reported on the progress of modernization of the facilities of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries of the State Concern Turkmennebit, in particular, storage and shipment of liquefied gas.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atahalliyev reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the country.

Deputy Prime Minister B.Annamammedov reported on the progress of digitalization of the activities of the supervised structures.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B.Atdayev reported on the organization of school fairs.

Then Deputy Prime Minister M.Mammadova reported on the organization of the Gorkut ata International Film Festival in our country. This event, in accordance with a special plan approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated January 4, 2023, is scheduled for November this year.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan B.Orazdurdiyeva reported on the preparation of the national team of our country for participation in the XXXIII Summer Olympic Games, which will be held in the capital of the French Republic – Paris from July 26 to August 11 this year.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs R. Meredov reported on the preparation of a draft plan to strengthen international cooperation of Turkmenistan in the field of renewable energy sources for 2025-2030.

The meeting also considered a number of other issues of public life, on which appropriate decisions were made.
