President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin and all the people of the country on the occasion of Russia Day.

"With a sense of deep satisfaction, I would like to emphasize the high level and dynamics of the development of traditionally friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, which represent a true example of trust, equality and mutual respect," the President of Turkmenistan stressed, expressing confidence that as a result of joint efforts, the strategic Turkmen–Russian partnership will continue to develop dynamically and deepen in in the spirit of mutually beneficial cooperation for the benefit of our countries and peoples.

The Head of State expressed wishes of good health, happiness and success to President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, and well–being and prosperity to the friendly people of the Russian Federation.
