Turkmenistan Airlines notifies that it will suspend flights on the Ashgabat - Kazan-Ashgabat route from June 02. Now flights to the Russian Federation will be operated on the Ashgabat – Moscow – Ashgabat route.

Air tickets on the Ashgabat-Kazan-Ashgabat route will be valid for flights on the Ashgabat – Moscow – Ashgabat route for the period of cancellation of flights to the city of Kazan. In the period from June 02 to June 17, 2024, a comfortable free transfer to Kazan Airport will be organized for passengers with flights to Ashgabat – Kazan upon arrival at Moscow airport.

As well as for passengers with tickets in the direction of Kazan-Ashgabat, a comfortable free transfer will be organized from Kazan airport to Moscow airport for further departure to Ashgabat.

In order to arrange a timely transfer, the Turkmen airline asks passengers to arrive at Kazan airport at the time of flight check-in (3 hours before the departure time indicated on the ticket). All tickets are valid.

Passengers are offered a choice of:

1. Reissue of tickets:

With the consent of the passenger, previously issued tickets on the Ashgabat – Kazan – Ashgabat route will be reissued for the Ashgabat – Moscow – Ashgabat flight without deductions of fees.

Reissue of tickets at the sales offices is not required. Passengers can check in at the airports of Ashgabat and Moscow, according to the date and time indicated on the ticket.

2. Refund of funds:

Passengers who do not wish to reissue air tickets for Ashgabat – Moscow– Ashgabat flights will receive a full refund without deductions, in accordance with the current rules and guidelines of Turkmenistan Airlines.

Refunds are made only in the country of purchase of the ticket.
