Turkish Airlines and the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Reform Agency organized a study tour to the cities of Sanliurfa and Gaziantep. Representatives of eight travel agencies of Turkmenistan took part in this trip.

The delegations visited the ancient archaeological site of Gebekli Tepe in Sanliurfa, which is called the "zero point of history" with its 12-thousand-year history, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, and the delegation also visited the city of Gaziantep, SalamNews reports.

Turkmen specialists got acquainted with the Museum of the Zeugma Mosaic, which is the largest mosaic museum in the world. Special attention was paid to getting to know the local culinary traditions. The participants tasted unique dishes and enjoyed the atmosphere of local restaurants and cafes.
