Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Muhammetgeldi Ayazov, met with Mohammed Bin Garad, Senior Manager of International Participants EXPO Riyadh 2030 Company. The meeting focused on Turkmenistan’s participation in the World Expo 2030.

According to official Turkmen media on Friday, the World Expo 2030 will be held in Riyadh from October 2030 to March 2031.

Both sides expressed confidence that Turkmenistan’s participation in this major international event will help further strengthen the country’s global standing, promote its achievements across various sectors, and enhance trade and economic ties with foreign countries.

Turkmenistan will also take part in the international GREENxEXPO 2027, scheduled for March 19–Sept. 26, 2027, in Yokohama, Japan.
