President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has congratulated President of Romania Nicusor Dan on his inauguration, according to TDH.

"On behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, as well as personally, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov extended heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Nicusor Daniel Dan on the occasion of his assumption of office as President of Romania," the message reads.

The President of Turkmenistan wished the Romanian leader good health, happiness, and success, and wished peace, prosperity, and progress to the people of Romania.
