President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has extended his sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN), António Guterres, on the occasion of his birthday, reports TDH.

"Taking this opportunity, the head of Turkmenistan wished UN Secretary-General António Guterres strong health, happiness, inexhaustible energy and determination, as well as great success in his ongoing work," the message said.
