On April 11, a delegation of Turkmenistan headed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers H.Geldimyradov took part in the fourth Antalya Diplomatic Forum (ADF-2025) in Antalya, Turkey, the press service of the Turkmen Embassy in Turkey told Turkmenprotal.
During his speech at the session "Cooperation, Digitalization and Development" H.Geldimyradov stressed the importance of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality in strengthening international cooperation and achieving the Goals of sustainable Development. He noted that at the initiative of Turkmenistan, 2025 was declared the "International Year of Peace and Trust" by the UN General Assembly.
The Turkmen delegation also focused the attention of the forum participants on the development of cross-border infrastructure projects, the use of international transport corridors and digital transformation. Turkmenistan's initiatives to create a Global Atlas of Sustainable Transport Connectivity, an Alliance for Global Energy Security and the development of a Global Framework for the Transition to a Circular Economy were presented.
A meeting was held within the framework of the forum.Geldymuradova met with Erol Ozvar, Chairman of the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of Turkey, where the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the field of science and higher education.
