Closed Joint-Stock Company “Turkmen hemrasy” was established in 2015 with the participation of “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency, “TürkmenTelecom” TC, and CJSC “Altyn Asyr”.

The company was founded with the strategic objective of managing the national satellite program and developing modern satellite communications infrastructure in Turkmenistan.
